Dark Souls is known for being a tough as nails hardcore action game, but Joel's battled his way through the realm of ancient gods with the power of souls (or something), and is here to tell James all about it.

Wizards poo on the floor and Joel denounces magical racism. Welcome to the whimsical world of Harry Potter, in which you can turn desks into pigs and heads into pumpkins but refuse to solve world hunger.

17: Yu-Gi-Oh!

Joel gets his Duel Disk on and dazzles James with holographic monsters and tales of ancient Egypt in today's episode. Also, find out more about James' childhood as an offline, television-less youngster.

16: Grand Theft Auto

I love a bit of satire. Cutting deep into the psyche of modern americana, and getting right to the core of the banalities of how society influences our daily life and actions. The GTA series also loves a bit of satire. Unfortunately this mostly consists of surface-level movie references and the number 69.

15: DC Comics

In the DC universe, there are some delightful little baddies. Just some absolute cutie patooties who get bonked on the head by our heroes for giggles. There's also discussion of the amazingly low standards of the Justice League.

14: Kirby

Kirby isn't just about pink puffballs and goofy penguins. It's actually about cosmic god-monsters tearing apart the essence of the mortal soul. And also goofy penguins. James takes Joel on a cutesy little journey.
